The bathroom layout felt cramped!!! Adding more furniture for comfort would elevate the experience!!! The Wi-Fi speed was mediocre, could definitely use an upgrade!!!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff made it even better with their wonderful service. Secure overnight parking was a big plus, easing initial concerns about the area. Our room was exceptionally clean and surprisingly quiet despite the bustling location. Unfortunately, check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which was inconvenient, and while the front restaurant offered great value, it could have more vegetarian options.

Had a great time with friends here! We explored the historic center and the beautiful waterfalls nearby. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. The secure parking was another plus. Definitely a place to have fun and relax with friends!

One downside was the noise from the laundry room during our stay. It interrupted the peace in our room occasionally, which was a bit frustrating.

Breakfast was amazing! The staff were wonderful, making our stay enjoyable. Clean rooms with secure parking provided peace of mind during our visit.

The initial check-in was quite unfriendly. Bathroom layout was uncomfortable, and the hard beds left something to be desired.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, especially with Castillo Park just a short walk of about 500 meters away and the beautiful Iron Palace around 700 meters from the hotel, making our city strolls so convenient and scenic. the valet parking was also a lifesaver for us during our trip.
